By ordering a commission from me you automatically agree to my terms
Full payment must be received first.
All payments will be made in USD currency.
Cashapp, Venmo is accepted (no fee)
PayPal if chosen (you must pay extra fee).
No refunds after I have started the drawing process, unless I am unable to complete it for any given reason
I reserve the right to decline a commission request.
Art is for personal use only. As the artist, I retain full ownership over the art.
Commercial use is prohibited. No NFT’S allowed. You cannot profit from the commissioned art, sell prints, products or trace it as a base for other artworks (personal or commercial) You may make prints for personal use only.
You can not remove my watermark signature, alter or claim artwork as your own, and you must credit me if you post it.
I reserve the right to display and the commission on my social media unless you would like it to remain private (just ask me)
Special style requests could mean change in price!
If any of these rules are violated the commissioner forfeits all rights to drawing, and I reserve the right to stop improper use via appropriate channels.
How to Commission + Process
Please fill out my terms of service form first and screenshot as proof. Message and send screenshot to me on instagram @CozyFurbCafe
Once I have accepted your commission, I will only start drawing once you pay the full amount.
First come first serve, by order of commission list. You may check for progress updates with the Wait List button via Trello.
Minimum of 4 Weeks (1 month) up to 2 or 3 months for completion.
I like to take my time and make sure it’s perfect. Please do not rush me. There may be another commission ahead of yours. May be finished earlier than stated depending on how busy I am.
I do not offer changes or revisions during the process. No big changes to the drawing. (Pose, Face, Clothing, Hair Color) during and after completion!
You will receive a high quality image file in .png and finished artwork will be sent via google drive link.
